Lelikelen Yoga Retreats

Experiencia fantástica: I was able to goto one of the Lelikelen yoga retreats and it was absolutely amazing. I’ve had multiple dislocations in both of my shoulders and Adele taught me how to stretch and strengthen my shoulders in a safe way that I still use today. While I was there, I stayed in a cabin with a hot tub looking out at beautiful volcano views, we had our own chef/bartender and went on amazing day trips every day. Personally my favorite was the hotsprings/massage day and the whitewater day. Oh and not to mention the food! It was above and beyond my expectations. I wish I could go every year. If you are looking for a high quality retreat in a beautiful part of Chile, you have to consider Lelikelen. You won’t regret it.

Experiencia fantástica: I had never experienced a Yoga Retreat in my life let alone in Patagonia, Chile... Such an amazing experience! From the first moment of arriving at the beautiful lodge/accommodation, you instantly feel relaxed and welcome in this beautiful place of Ensenada. You have amazing views of the two volcanoes that surround the lodge and whatever time of the day you can relax in the hot tub on the terrace! Our week was full of amazing adventures/activities combined with the perfect amount of very professional yoga and amazing, healthy, vegetarian food cooked by a personal chef. That, shared with awesome people that we got to meet made the whole week one to remember! I can't recommend this experience enough. You'll leave this retreat with new experiences, memories, friendships and a better wellbeing. I left this week with a big smile, feeling satisfied, healthy, happy and so much more. ..I am sure you will feel the same! A huge thanks to Adele for making this experience one to remember with your knowledge and passion of your home town and amazing yoga classes! Namaste. :D

Experiencia fantástica: Adele and her team are the absolute epitome of hospitality. They facilitate a one of a kind mind- body- spirit experience, as well as a glimpse into Chilean culture. Chef caesar provides the finest cuisine, made from scratch daily. Adele is one of the best yoga instructors i've come across and fully respects the journey of each person that walks into the studio- and i feel can truly sense what she needs to give each of us. Canela brings the calming maternal energy and the breath of life- always with a smile that shines the light eternal directly into the soul of each person whom they treat like family. I can't say enough positive things about the yoga adventure retreat. Just do it.

Experiencia fantástica: Met this awesome Yoga teacher and friend less than a year ago and her energy and wisdom are already a constant in my life! I am a raft guide and kayaker and with a very detailed and personalized yoga training she has always addressed my aches and pains in a relaxed yet effective manner, through an understanding of the human body and how we can use anatomy and energy to create much more than just a stretch and work out. I know for sure things will move fast for this Yoga Center, and almost feel like not telling too many people about it so I can keep it to myself! Thanks so much Adele and Lelikelen Yoga!!
