Experiencia negativa: La Chica es gruessa, no sabe tratar el cliente con cuidado, hay que recibir las personas con atencion, con gentileza. No se puede abrir lá puerta mientras el cliente pode lá ropa y ponersela puerta afuera porque ele dinero yá fue gasto em lá terapia y a lo estabelecimento no le interesa mas tenerle alla... Sino el próximo cliente pago... Y el masage de tejidos profundos es una broma, mejor que hagan como Los outros y asuman que só lo saben hacer la masage relajante.

Realmente el mejor descontracturante que me he hecho siendo que me he hecho muchos en varios centros de Santiago y de otras partes. Muchas gracias al centro y a Pamela por su profecionalismo y tecnica aplicada. Sin duda cada vez que venga a San Pedro volveré por el.mismo masaje Saludos!!!

Experiencia positiva: Mixed reviews from me. On one hand it’s a nice place to relax out of busy and hot Atacama but also the service is quite basic. The welcome was non existent and we had to explain what we had booked, woman seemed busy on her phone and not that helpful. We had booked a package with pool, massage, jacuzzi and smoothie and nobody offered us a smoothie. I asked on our way to jacuzzi and she said to come back to reception after and ask again but it was closed when we arrived. The jacuzzi was across the busy street in the hotel, we crossed in our swimsuit bear foot carrying all our stuff between cars. She could have warned us. The communication was not great, was hard to understand the process of the experience there and we had to bring our own towels. I did not particularly enjoy my massage either, the poor comms once again was confusing. The massage lasted 40mins and we paid for 50mins. They have good bones to make something nice there but the staff and comms need serious improvement.

Experiencia negativa: Ich habe eine 80 Minütige Osteopathie Behandlung gebucht und bezahlt. Was ich bekommen haben für den Preis waren 60 Minuten. Die Behandlung war gut aber die Erholung nach dieser Erkenntnis leider gleich 0. Auf Nachfrage bezieht man sich auf "ich spreche kein Englisch" und es ist wohl ein Druckfehler in der Karte. Kulanz gab es keine und man fühlt sich somit als Tourist über den Tisch gezogen.... Schade!

Experiencia fantástica: We had a relaxing massage (as a couple) and it was a great experience!! The two girls were very kind and very professionals. The massage lasted approximately 50 minutes and in my case it was focused on my shoulders and back. Place is very comfortable and pleasant, which makes for a better experience. The prices are reasonable and it is located on the main street. I recommend it 100% and would definitely do it again.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing place. Didn't expect this in San Pedro. The therapy was amazing, the therapists were really good. This was blessing in San Pedro after hectic excursions.

Experiencia negativa: Los masajes más que recomendable aunque al estar ubicado en pleno Caracoles el ruido exterior se escucha bastante y es molesto, el jacuzzi está ubicado en el hotel del frente (hay que cruzar una calle bastante transitada), hay que cruzar la calle además en el lugar nadie te entrega indicaciones. La toalla hay que llevarla cada uno, en el lugar nadie la facilita, tampoc hay camarines ni lockers donde guardar las pertenencias. Además el jacuzzi al estar al aire libre está sucio y con insectos flotando en el agua.

Experiencia positiva: Se debe reservar mínimo con un día de anticipación. Reservé un masaje para dos con piscina y jacuzzi a 100 mil dos personas, lo que incluía un smoothie. Al llegar nos dicen que, para ocupar la piscina que está ahí mismo, debemos cruzar al frente, al hotel a registrarnos y que nos den las toallas. Eso lo encontré horrible y muy fome, si saben que uno tiene una reserva mínimo que te tengan todo listo y no ser tú el que deba ir hacerlo. Al llegar al hotel a registrarnos nos dicen que no tienen ningún registro y les dije que lo vieran ellos yo no daría explicaciones que no me correspondían. Al final habían agendado mal mi nombre. Volvimos a la piscina y muy rica el agua y el lugar, estuvimos una hora. Luego una hora de masaje exquisito, relajante total. El jacuzzi era al frente, en el hotel y fue exquisito también, agua caliente ideal. Se puede pedir al restaurante, un traguito y te lo llevan al jacuzzi, costo a parte. El smoothie nunca lo ofrecieron y a nosotros se nos olvidó. Además, decidimos cenar en el restaurante del hotel, demasiado bueno y precios razonables.

I had the Thai massage and it was great - my body feels stretched out after weeks of hiking etc. Also, they do serve some fruit juices and teas so you can wait in the spacious lounge area until your appointment.

Experiencia negativa: Para reservar: não atendem ao telefone, não respondem e-mails e não respondem ao Whatsapp, então faz difícil o processo de poder reservar, basicamente tem que ir até lá e ter sorte. Serviços disponíveis: achei que tem uma variedade boa de produtos porém caros pelo que é oferecido. O dia completo com acesso a piscina e jacuzzi é fora do recinto onde oferecem as massagens e por ser a piscina de um hotel, normalmente está ocupada pelos hóspedes. Massagens: parece que todas as massagens, por muito mais caras que seja a opção que você escolher, sempre vai ser uma massagem relaxante. Eu fiz a massagem "tejido profundo" que é para relaxamento muscular e tratamento de nodos profundos e foi basicamente uma massagem relaxante de corpo completo, não vale a pena pagar a diferença. A moça da recepção me falou (depois de ter cobrado o valor superior) que todas as massagens são massagens de corpo completo sem diferença nem uma além do preço.
